Wadaag conducted an institutional mapping of energy‑sector stakeholders, analysed public and private investment flows and developed a capacity‑building strategy for SOMINVEST’s investment promotion office. The project produced an investment opportunities report, a monitoring framework and an outreach plan to attract anchor and ancillary investments.
